Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the psychometric characteristics of a survey that pretends to evaluate competitiveness and organizational culture in small and medium firms. The survey was applied to 564 employees in 19 SME�s. Content validity was evaluated by a group of experts. Construct validity was measured with item-total correlation analysis as well as factorial analysis. Fiablity was analyzed through alpha Cronbach.
