Resumen

This paper deals with the study of phraseology in advertising and its translation. The focus is on the type of phraseology used in translated or adapted advertisements. Our aim is to analyse to what extent phraseology is a specific resource in advertising and to determine how it is used specifically. This paper also aims to establish the importance of phraseology in Transalation and Interpreting Studies.
