Abstract
The main aim of this paper is to examine the effect of school variables on the PISA results of the Spanish students in the high school of Andalusia and Castilla y León. The sampling of high school will be selected based on the results of PISA 2015. They will selected those hight schools that obtein best and worse results of student’s academic achievement. The empirical analysis is based on the application of multilevel regression techniques on data from OECD PISA-2015. To do this, it has removed the influence of the family or personal variables. This study is seeking to be usefull in the evaluation of educational systems. It is to implement actions of improvement and innovation for those main agents educational in the context of high school.
