Provides empirical evidence on the following aspects: that innovation leads to improved business performance, the role of firm size (in relation to culture, innovation and success), the role of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation to achieving success in innovation and performance, the influence of the dynamic environment and the role of business collaboration
