Seeks to measure the relationship between innovation and business performance adding various organizational factors (size, market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation) and the environment (environmental turbulence, competitive intensity, enterprise collaboration), as determinants of success and / or moderators, interacting in implementation of innovation. Provides empirical evidence on the following aspects: that innovation leads to improved business performance, the role of firm size (in relation to culture, innovation and success), the role of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation to achieving success in innovation and performance, the influence of the dynamic environment and the role of business collaboration
